You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. All content is provided for general information and may change without notice.

Product Information

We make every effort to describe watches accurately, including condition, specifications and provenance where available. Photographs are illustrative; slight variations in colour or finish may occur.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted on request and may change based on market conditions, availability and currency. Orders are confirmed only after payment terms are agreed and cleared.

Shipping

We ship worldwide with insured, tracked carriers. Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Returns

Unworn watches may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection and our return conditions. Bespoke and customized pieces are not eligible for return.

Warranty

New watches carry the manufacturer's international warranty. Pre-owned watches include a 12-month TIMELUX service warranty covering mechanical defects, excluding accidental damage and normal wear.

Intellectual Property

The TIMELUX name, logo and website content are protected by intellectual property laws. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
